Q:

Why do I need to send you my golf balls?

A:

We cannot give you an accurate price for your golf balls unless we can physically inspect them. Over time we have learned that the only way we can give you a fair price is if we can inspect them in person. If you are not happy with the price we offer you, we will gladly send back your golf balls free of charge!

How much will you pay for my golf balls?

A:

That will depend on the brand and condition of the balls.


Q:

How will I get paid for my golf balls?

A:

We will send you a payment via check within 24 hours of receiving your golf balls.


Q:

How do I send you my golf balls?

A:

The seller packet will contain everything you need to get the balls to us at no cost to you. We will provide woven bags that hold up to 450 golf balls, zip ties, and prepaid adhesive UPS labels to affix to bags. Just fill the bags with your golf balls and drop them off at your local UPS location, or if you need the bags picked up please call us at 1.877.848.1424.


Q:

Can I use boxes I already have? I do not want to buy boxes.

A:

Each label is for the weight of 500 balls. It should be fine if the box can hold that many balls. If the box is bigger just make sure the balls are packed securely so they do not move around too much in the box.


Q:

Where are you located? Can I just drop them off to you?

A:

We have an office in Michigan and an office in Florida. Your balls will be sent to one of those two locations. If you are local, you can call and make an appointment to drop them off if you would like.


Q:

What if I don’t like the price you will pay for my golf balls? How can I get my golf balls back?

A:

If you do not want to sell your golf balls to us, we will pack your golf balls and ship them back to you that same day. You won’t have to pay for shipping! It’s on us!
